#Tigray | Interim President Warns on Council Move
Lt. Gen. Tadesse Worede, President of the Tigray Interim Administration, has stated that the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) Central Committee’s decision to reinstate the pre-war Tigray regional council effectively “nullifies” the Pretoria Peace Agreement.
According to Worede, the move risks undermining ongoing stabilization efforts in the region and could complicate the fragile post-conflict transition process.
