HornCurrent – Ethiopia and Kenya have officially signed a landmark military cooperation agreement, marking the first such deal in 61 years.
The agreement covers joint military training, coordinated exercises, border security collaboration, counter-terrorism efforts, and the development of defense industries.
Officials from both nations hailed the pact as a step toward strengthening regional stability and deepening bilateral relations.
The renewed cooperation comes at a time when both countries face common security challenges, including cross-border threats and extremist groups operating in the region.
