Ankara, September 13, 2025 – Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has urged the international community to take a united stance against Israel and put an immediate end to the ongoing violence in Gaza.
Fidan condemned Israel’s military operations in the besieged territory, describing them as a violation of human rights and international law. He emphasized that silence and inaction from the global community only embolden further aggression.
“The suffering in Gaza cannot continue unchecked. The international community must come together with one voice to stop the atrocities and hold Israel accountable,” Fidan stated during a press briefing.
Turkey has been a vocal critic of Israel’s actions in Gaza, consistently calling for stronger measures from regional and international organizations. Ankara has also pushed for humanitarian aid corridors to alleviate the crisis faced by Palestinians.
The remarks come as casualties in Gaza continue to rise, with aid groups warning of a deepening humanitarian catastrophe if the violence does not stop.
