Addis Ababa – Adem Farah, Vice President of the Prosperity Party, announced via his official Facebook account that a significant dialogue was held today between the ruling party and leaders of competing political parties, including members of the Joint Council. The discussion focused on current national, regional, and international matters.
According to Adem, the platform aims to strengthen peaceful political engagement and foster consultation on national agendas of shared importance. “The common platforms we have created to work closely with the competing political parties that are moving peacefully and to consult on the common national agendas that we have created are adding more strength to the democratic system we want to build,” he stated.
He described the discussions as a clear indicator of Ethiopia’s current path toward transformation and renewal. “The discussion platform we held today is a discussion that clearly shows the path we are taking to make Ethiopia that will live in Tafra and Tafra,” he emphasized, referencing a vision of national growth and renaissance.
Adem further highlighted that the government is committed to peace, democratic development, protecting national dignity, establishing independent institutions, and safeguarding Ethiopia’s sovereignty. “We will continue to play the role of government leadership that is expected to be built on democracy and ideology and pass from generation to generation,” he concluded.
